Shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose. We process your order within 1 to 3 business days until it leaves our warehouse. After that, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping companies who will deliver your order within the time specified for the shipping method you have chosen.

No, unfortunately we do not have the option to change or cancel an order that has already been placed. Your order is processed directly in our various systems, so this is not possible. However, you do have a 30-day right of return. Please use the enclosed return label included with your package. The cost of the return is 9.90 euros and will be credited to the return amount.
